Spring is here, the Rhubarb Crepe is Back

Today was Rhubarb day.  Good news, the rhubarb crêpe is back on the menu.

The rhubarb grows in the garden, naturally with no chemical.

The spread has been cooked for 3 hours, the sugar and  lemon juice are organic.

In total, 8 kg (17 pounds) of cleaned prepared rhubarb.
